Vaness is teething again

First time since she started growing teeth 4 months ago that she never wants to be laid dwon.the only place she wants to be is in my arms.It's not easy, now I know how hard it is to be a mom.I dont blame her, her upper gums are sooo swollen and red.I gave her some tylenol but based on my experience it doesnt work.I dont know why they recommend it really.
