be trained and be qualified

I don't really want to go back to school and take a four year course, all I dreamed of right now is to be able to get a skill and work with great pay.I am considering a website like www.avand.co.uk who can help me find which training school fits my needs and collect details, analyse my information and pass my information to a qualified training company in my area.I think this is best because they know exactly what I'm looking for.I can train for management, sales or even get Plumbing Training if I really want to.Any of this courses pay good so I guess this is what I really need to improve myself.
